These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thetexaspropertysolvers.com (the "Site"), operated by RoAsh Management LLC, doing business as Texas Property Solvers ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Texas Property Solvers is a real estate investment company. We buy, sell, assign, and partner on real property as a principal, and we may refer you to licensed professionals when appropriate. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, mortgage lender or loan originator, investment adviser, broker-dealer, or law firm, and we do not act as your agent.

2. No professional advice

The Site and our communications are for general informational purposes only and are not legal, tax, financial, investment, or real estate brokerage advice. You should consult your own licensed professionals before making decisions. Every property, transaction, and situation is different, and outcomes depend on facts specific to you.

3. No offer, guarantee, or obligation

Nothing on the Site is an offer to buy, sell, lease, lend, or borrow, and nothing creates any obligation on you or us. Any purchase, sale, assignment, financing, or partnership is made only under a separate written agreement signed by the parties and subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee that we will make an offer, that any offer will be accepted, or that you will achieve any particular price, savings, timeline, or result.

4. Investment and financing statements

No securities offer. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any statements about returns, yields, or passive income are illustrative only, are not guaranteed, and do not constitute an offer. Any investment opportunity, if offered, will be made only through separate written documents to persons who qualify under applicable federal and state securities laws.

Financing and seller-financing. Any statements about homeownership programs, seller financing, or terms are general descriptions only, are subject to eligibility, underwriting, and change, and do not constitute an offer or commitment to extend credit. Any financing, if offered, is provided only under separate written agreements and in compliance with applicable law.

5. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Communications and automated assistants

By contacting us or submitting a form, you agree we may communicate with you by phone, text, and email as described in our Privacy Policy, including messages sent using automated technology, with consent where required. Some chat and phone interactions are handled by an automated AI assistant; a real person handles the review of and any decision about your matter. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

8. Third-party links and partners

The Site may link to or reference third-party sites, services, and partners we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and referencing them is not an endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on it is accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Property Solvers and RoAsh Management LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Texas Property Solvers, RoAsh Management LLC, and their owners and agents from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
